Grounding is the primary precaution to be taken against a possible electrical leakage in intersection control devices. We can solve this grounding with a copper ground rod.
The copper rod ensures that stray electricity is transmitted to the ground. Thanks to this conductivity, you protect both device life and human life. Grounding is no longer a luxury, it is a necessity. The care shown in this regard has now increased and inspections have become a necessity. If grounding is not done properly, leakage electricity will remain on the device and may cause life-threatening harm to people. In places where grounding is applied correctly, the leakage electricity is completely transmitted to the ground thanks to the copper rod and employee life is protected. Even in contact with the device, all leakage electricity is transmitted directly to the ground via the ground line.

Composite manhole; It is a signaling infrastructure product, also known as composite additional room and composite manhole.
It is manufactured from GRP dough with dimensions of 48.5 x 48.5 x 48.5 cm. There is a cover made of the same material on the top. Its weight is about 20 kilograms. Its body wall thickness is 10 mm and it has BFF S 1 fireproof class. Being made of composite material eliminates the risk of theft compared to old metal manholes. The reason for this is that the material has no scrap value. In addition, being lighter than cast manholes makes it easier for both workmanship and renovation work in case of malfunction. Manholes; intersection control devices are placed overhead or on the sides of standard pole foundations, at cable connection points. Thus, you can easily make cable connections from inside the poles to the signal transmitters, to the intersection control device or from the device.
Prints can be made in different sizes and with different names, logos and emblems according to the requests of the institutions. Composite manhole does not require maintenance and is resistant to corrosion and does not rust. Thanks to the lock on the covers, there is no possibility of intervention other than authorized persons. This protects the cables inside the manhole against theft.
